OMNIERAX PRIVACY POLICY

Omnierax Technologies Private Limited ("Omnierax," "we," "our," or "us"), registered at B-52, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in a manner consistent with the high-trust standards we maintain for every aspect of our platform and organization.

This policy describes processing in connection with omnierax.com, our marketing activities, customer and partner engagements, and recruitment processes. It does not describe processing within Omnierax platforms deployed for customers — that is governed by the customer's privacy policy and the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

1Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to website visitors, prospective customers and partners, customers and customer personnel, partners and partner personnel, recruitment candidates, and supplier/vendor personnel.

1.1Website Visitors

Any individual who accesses or uses omnierax.com or any subdomain, regardless of geographic location.

1.2Prospective Customers and Partners

Individuals who submit inquiries, request briefings, download research, register for events, or otherwise engage with Omnierax in a pre-commercial capacity.

1.3Customers and Customer Personnel

Individuals employed by or acting on behalf of organizations under commercial agreement with Omnierax for platform products or services.

1.4Partners and Partner Personnel

Individuals employed by or acting on behalf of organizations in the Omnierax partner ecosystem.

1.5Recruitment Candidates

Individuals who apply for employment or are engaged in the Omnierax recruitment process.

1.6Supplier and Vendor Personnel

Individuals employed by or acting on behalf of suppliers, vendors, and service providers Omnierax engages.

This policy does not apply to end users of customer deployments (governed by the customer's privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement) nor to employees in the context of employment (covered by a separate Employee Privacy Notice).

2What Personal Information We Collect

2.1Information You Provide Directly

Contact and Identity Information: name, job title, organization, work email, phone, country/region, and any free-text content you submit.

Communication Content: records of email, telephone, or other correspondence.

Recruitment Information: CV/resume, cover letter, work history, education, certifications, references.

Event Registration: dietary, accessibility, and other logistical information.

2.2Information We Collect Automatically

Website Usage Data: IP address (used to derive approximate geographic location), browser type/version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time/duration, performance metrics.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: as described in the Cookie Policy.

Form Interaction Data: which fields you complete, skip, and time spent — used to improve form design.

2.3Information from Third Parties

Public business information, partner referrals, and firmographic enrichment services keyed on your organization's email domain rather than individual personal data.

2.4Special Category Data

We do not intentionally collect special category data. Security clearance information you optionally disclose in a briefing request is access-restricted to personnel with need-to-know, excluded from general marketing databases, and deleted from active systems within 90 days of engagement conclusion.

3How We Use Personal Information

3.1Responding to Inquiries and Requests

To respond, prepare, and follow up. Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent.

3.2Marketing and Business Development

Every marketing communication includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Requests are processed within 5 business days and are permanent unless re-subscribed.

3.3Research and Intelligence Brief Preparation

Briefing request information and public organizational data prepare context-relevant briefings.

3.4Website Operation and Improvement

Maintain and improve performance, security, and user experience.

3.5Trust Portal and Documentation Access

Manage access tiers and notify users when accessed documents are updated.

3.6Event Management

Logistics, communication, and attendance records for content relevance.

3.7Recruitment

Evaluate candidates, communicate throughout the process, and (with consent) retain for future consideration.

3.8Legal and Compliance Obligations

Respond to lawful requests, maintain required records, fulfill contractual obligations.

3.9Security and Fraud Prevention

Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, unauthorized access, and fraud.

5How We Share Personal Information

5.1We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Omnierax does not sell personal information to third parties.

5.2Service Providers

Cloud infrastructure, CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, recruitment systems, professional services firms, and security service providers — all bound by data processing agreements. Sub-processor list available from privacy@omnierax.com.

5.3Partners

Where a partner has referred you, we may share status information limited to what is reasonably necessary.

5.4Business Transactions

Mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset transfers — subject to honoring this policy or providing notice and choice.

5.5Legal Requirements

We notify affected individuals where legally permitted and challenge defective or disproportionate requests.

5.6Security Emergencies

Minimum disclosure necessary to address imminent threats to life, safety, or national security.

6International Transfers

Omnierax is headquartered in India. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses, binding corporate rules where applicable, and derogations where they apply. Transfer Impact Assessments are available for transfers to high-risk jurisdictions. For transfers from India, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8Individual Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, human review of automated decisions, and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any right, email privacy@omnierax.com with subject "Privacy Rights Request." We respond within 30 days (GDPR) or the applicable period under other frameworks. Identity verification may be required.

Right to Complain: Data Protection Board of India (IN), EU Member State supervisory authority (EU), Information Commissioner's Office (UK).

9Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to processing risks, reviewed regularly. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect compromise contact security@omnierax.com. We notify affected individuals and supervisory authorities of high-risk breaches within required timeframes.

11Children's Privacy

The Omnierax website is directed to professionals and not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact privacy@omnierax.com if you believe we have.

12Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when practices change materially, when applicable law changes, or to improve clarity. Material changes are communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date, publishing a change notice, and notifying individuals by email where appropriate.
