Build Technology That Defends, Governs, and Sustains the World's Most Critical Operations.
Omnierax is hiring engineers, researchers, product specialists, security architects, and operational experts who want to build things that matter — technology that operates in environments where the consequences of excellent work and the consequences of inadequate work are both clearly visible and deeply real.
We are selective about who we hire. Not because we are building a prestige brand, but because the operational environments where our platforms are deployed require a level of engineering discipline, security consciousness, and operational understanding that is genuinely rare.
What Makes Omnierax Different as a Place to Build Your Career.
Most enterprise software engineers spend their careers building systems whose operational impact is invisible — a dashboard that may or may not be used, an analytics platform whose recommendations may or may not be followed. At Omnierax, the operational impact of what you build is visible and measurable. A threat detection capability that works catches threats. A predictive maintenance model that works prevents equipment failures. The feedback loop between what you build and what it does in the world is short and clear.
Omnierax engineering challenges are at the frontier of what current technology can accomplish: sub-10ms decision latency in distributed systems processing millions of events per second. Knowledge graph reasoning at trillion-edge scale. AI governance architectures that satisfy classified environment security requirements without compromising inference performance. Multi-agent autonomous systems operating in contested, communications-degraded environments.
We are building the intelligence infrastructure for organizations that defend borders, manage critical infrastructure, protect public health, and maintain financial stability. The organizations we serve do work that the world depends on. This is not a grand rhetorical claim designed to recruit people who will later discover they are building ad targeting systems. The mission we describe is the work we actually do.
Omnierax serves classified defense and intelligence programs — and employs engineers, product specialists, and security professionals who hold or are eligible for security clearances. For candidates with existing clearances, Omnierax offers the opportunity to apply classified-environment experience to building production systems rather than operating legacy ones. For clearable candidates without existing clearances, Omnierax supports the clearance process for roles that require it.
How We Build. What We Value. How We Work Together.
Omnierax engineering culture is built around three commitments that we hold to consistently — not as aspirational values on a poster, but as actual practices that shape how work gets done.
We build in environments where operational failures have real consequences. Code reviews are thorough. Security reviews are mandatory. Testing standards are high. When we ship, we ship something we are confident will work in the operational environments our customers deploy it in. Engineers who find this pace frustrating are not the right fit for Omnierax. Engineers who find it satisfying — because it means the thing they shipped actually works — are exactly who we are looking for.
The most technically challenging problems require the most collaborative approaches. We do not have a culture of individual engineering heroism — the kind that produces brilliant but fragile systems only their original authors can understand. We have a culture of rigorous, collaborative engineering: peer review, architecture discussion, honest assessment of technical trade-offs, and a shared understanding that the best technical decisions emerge from dialogue rather than decree.
Building intelligence infrastructure for defense, healthcare, energy, and finance requires genuine understanding of how those environments work. We treat domain knowledge as a core engineering skill, not as something separate from technical work. Engineers at Omnierax engage directly with customers and operational experts — not through product management translation layers, but in direct technical conversation.
Current Opportunities at Omnierax.
DEPARTMENT · ENGINEERING
You will design and build the real-time orchestration infrastructure that carries intelligence from data sources to decision endpoints across cloud, on-premise, and edge environments — with the sub-10ms latency targets and the fault tolerance standards required by mission-critical deployments.
You will build and operate the AI inference infrastructure that runs Omnierax's multi-agent reasoning systems — designing for the latency, throughput, and reliability requirements of autonomous decision-making in high-stakes environments.
You will develop the knowledge graph infrastructure and data fusion systems that are the operational memory of the Omnierax platform — building at a scale and query performance requirement that pushes the limits of current graph database technology.
You will implement the zero-trust access fabric, encryption architecture, and audit infrastructure that enables Omnierax to operate in classified and contested environments — building security as a first-class engineering product, not a compliance layer.
You will build the predictive analytics pipeline — forecasting models, anomaly detection systems, simulation engines — that enables Omnierax customers to anticipate operational events before they occur.
DEPARTMENT · PRODUCT
You will own the product roadmap for Sentinel — working directly with defense and intelligence operators to understand their operational requirements and translating them into engineering priorities that produce genuine operational value.
You will own product strategy for Maximus and Cortex AI — managing the roadmap for commercial enterprise intelligence deployments across manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and energy sectors.
DEPARTMENT · SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
You will design and validate the security architectures for Omnierax's classified government and defense deployments — conducting threat modeling, reviewing compliance postures, and supporting customer security engineering reviews.
You will develop and implement the AI governance frameworks that ensure Omnierax deployments in regulated and high-stakes environments meet their accountability, explainability, and compliance requirements.
DEPARTMENT · FIELD OPERATIONS
You will serve as the technical lead for Omnierax defense and intelligence program deployments — conducting architecture assessments, leading integration design workshops, and providing sustained technical advisory support.
You will lead the technical design and deployment of Omnierax platform implementations for enterprise customers in manufacturing, energy, financial services, and healthcare.
We Compete for the Best People. Our Compensation and Benefits Reflect That.
Competitive base salary benchmarked against tier-1 global technology companies, not regional averages. Equity participation for all full-time employees. Performance-based annual bonus structure.
Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and dependents, including medical, dental, and vision. Mental health support included as a standard benefit, not an optional add-on.
Hybrid work model for roles that support it. Core collaboration hours defined; flexible scheduling outside those hours. We care about what you produce, not where you are when you produce it.
Annual learning budget for courses, conferences, certifications, and professional development. Internal technical lecture series with access to domain experts from operational environments. Security clearance application support and associated costs covered for eligible roles.
Generous paid time off policy. We do not have an unlimited PTO policy because we have found they produce less actual time off than defined policies. You will be told explicitly how much time you have, encouraged to use it, and supported in doing so.
Generous parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender or method of becoming a parent.
If the Work We Are Doing Sounds Like the Work You Want to Do — Apply.
We review every application carefully. We do not have a screening process designed to filter on credentials — we have a screening process designed to identify the specific combination of technical depth, operational curiosity, and mission alignment that makes someone genuinely excellent at Omnierax. If you are that person, we want to find you regardless of where your resume was written.
