OMNIERAX ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Version 1.1Effective: 01 January 2025Last Updated: 15 March 2025

Omnierax is committed to making omnierax.com and our associated web services accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Access to information about autonomous intelligence technology should not be limited by accessibility barriers.

This statement describes our current accessibility status, the standards we work toward, known limitations, and how to contact us if you encounter a barrier.

1Conformance Status

Target Standard: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Current Status: Partially Conformant — we meet most WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, with known gaps documented in Section 3.

Assessments combine automated testing (axe, WAVE) and manual review with assistive technology (NVDA + Firefox, VoiceOver + Safari), conducted quarterly and on significant changes.

2Accessibility Features

2.1Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements keyboard-accessible. Logical tab order. Skip links. Visible focus indicators.

2.2Screen Reader Compatibility

Semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, descriptive link text, alt text on images, labeled form inputs.

2.3Color and Contrast

Body text meets WCAG AA contrast (4.5:1 normal, 3:1 large). Color is never the sole channel for information.

2.4Text Resizing

Up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

2.5Motion and Animation

Respects the operating system's "Reduce Motion" preference. Specific animations can also be disabled through the Accessibility Preferences panel in the footer.

2.6Documentation Hub — Light Mode

Optional light-mode display in the Documentation Hub. Toggle accessible via keyboard and screen reader.

2.7Form Accessibility

Associated labels, descriptive error messages, ARIA live regions for success/error, no time limits on completion.

2.8PDF Accessibility

Downloadable documents are formatted as accessible PDFs — structure tags, reading order, alt text, and bookmarks.

3Known Limitations

3.1Complex Data Visualizations

Interactive visualizations on product/technology pages currently lack full screen reader equivalents. Textual descriptions exist. Planned remediation: Q3 2025 — structured textual descriptions and data tables.

3.2Third-Party Embedded Content

Minimized; embedded content accessibility depends on the third-party provider.

3.3Video Content

Archived webinar/event content is not currently captioned. Transcripts are provided. Planned: auto-captioning with human review for new content from Q2 2025, retrospective captioning thereafter.

3.4Complex Navigation Menus

Mega-menu meets WCAG keyboard requirements but may be complex for some users. A sitemap page at omnierax.com/sitemap provides an alternative.

4Assistive Technology Compatibility

  • NVDA 2024.1 + Firefox 124 (Windows)
  • VoiceOver + Safari (macOS Sonoma)
  • VoiceOver + Safari (iOS 17)
  • TalkBack + Chrome (Android 14)
  • Dragon NaturallySpeaking 16
  • ZoomText 2024

5Formal Feedback and Complaints

Reporting an Accessibility Barrier: Email accessibility@omnierax.com with subject "Accessibility Issue — [brief description]". Include the URL, a description, your assistive technology, and contact information.

Acknowledgment within 3 business days; assessment and remediation timeline within 15 business days. If a PDF or content is inaccessible, we provide it in an alternative format within 5 business days.

Escalation: EU/EEA national authority under the Web Accessibility Directive (EU) 2016/2102; UK — Equality and Human Rights Commission; India — Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.

6Accessibility Roadmap

  • Q2 2025: Auto-captioning with human review for new video; begin retrospective captioning of archived recordings.
  • Q3 2025: Accessible alternatives (structured textual descriptions, data tables) for primary informational visualizations.
  • Q4 2025: Full manual accessibility audit by third-party specialist; remediate all issues above WCAG 2.1 Level A.
  • 2026: Target WCAG 2.1 Level AA full conformance; begin assessment against WCAG 2.2.
