OMNIERAX ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This AUP governs the use of omnierax.com, the Omnierax Trust Portal, the Omnierax Documentation Hub, and related Website Services. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Enterprise customers using commercial platform products (Sentinel, Cortex AI, Maximus, Vertical Solutions, Aegis, Orbital) are subject to the Acceptable Use provisions of their Enterprise License Agreement, which takes precedence for commercial deployments.

1Acceptable Use

You may use the Omnierax Website Services to:

1.1Research and Evaluate

Research and evaluate Omnierax's capabilities, products, and services for potential organizational use.

1.2Read Public Content

Access marketing, product, industry, insights, and public documentation content.

1.3Submit Forms

Briefing requests, contact forms, research/event registrations using accurate and authorized information.

1.4Access Gated Content

Access registered content (research papers, Trust Portal, authenticated documentation).

1.5Share with Attribution

Share Omnierax public content with appropriate attribution.

1.6Bookmark and Download

Download content where explicitly enabled for personal and organizational evaluation use.

2Prohibited Uses

2.1Unauthorized System Access

Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities outside the Vulnerability Disclosure Program.

2.2Automated Scraping and Crawling

Bots, spiders, scrapers, or automated form interaction that circumvents access controls.

2.3Competitive Intelligence Abuse

Access beyond authorization for competitive intelligence gathering by direct competitors.

2.4Identity Misrepresentation

False identity, organization, role, contact info, or security clearance claims.

2.5Content Scraping for Model Training

Systematic extraction for training, fine-tuning, or evaluating ML models without prior written consent.

2.6Harm to Others

Harassment, threats, defamation, privacy violations, fraud, or facilitating illegal activity.

2.7Technical Interference

Malware, DoS/DDoS, degradation of availability, or circumvention of security measures.

2.8Unauthorized Republication

Republishing, redistributing, sublicensing, selling, or commercially exploiting content without authorization.

2.9Regulatory Violations

Violations of export control laws (including ITAR and EAR), sanctions, or other applicable regulations.

3Enforcement

3.1Access Termination

Immediate termination of registered accounts and Trust Portal access.

3.2Employer Notification

Notification to your employer or organization where the violation occurs in a professional capacity.

3.3Legal Action

Where violation constitutes a violation of law or causes material harm.

3.4Authority Reporting

Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities for illegal activity.

4Reporting Violations

Report violations of this AUP to legal@omnierax.com. Security-related violations (unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability exploitation) to security@omnierax.com.
